DWHL has partnered with the Colorado Avalanche to offer two special postgame experiences for our members this season. We will have a postgame free skate and a postgame scrimmage.
Monday, February 2nd - 7:00 PM vs. Detroit *Pride Night*
- Postgame skate for 100 participants
- Must sell 100 tickets through our link by 1/2/25 to secure the skate

Monday, March 30th - 6:30 PM vs. Calgary
- Two 30-minute Postgame Scrimmages
- 1 Rec Level
- 1 Comp Level
- Must sell 100 tickets through our link by 2/28/25 secure the scrimmage

Event Details
Free Skate: Up to 100 skaters can be on the ice at once. When the night gets closer, we will send an interest survey to all DWHL members with tickets to the game. If interest is greater than 100 people, we will either run a blind lottery to select the participants OR see if we can do two 30-minute skating sessions.
Scrimmage: This year we will have two 30-minute scrimmages. We will have 1 for rec level players and 1 for comp level players. Each scrimmage will be open to 26 skaters, 2 goalies, and 2 refs. We will also have 1 coach per team for the rec level game. When the night gets closer, we will send an interest survey to all DWHL members with tickets to the game. If interest is greater than what we can have on each team, we will run a blind lottery to select participants. Once participants are selected, we will draft the teams.
